The ApartCI pricing model is based on a tiered licensing scheme with quotas for:
- the number of projects
- the total verification pipeline capacity, aggregated across all projects
- the number of simulations projects
- the total number of simulated changesets per day, aggregated across all simulation projects
- the total number of simulated changesets per month, aggregated across all simulation projects
We intend to keep the ApartCI tool free for occasional/light use,
regardless of its purpose (personal/commercial/educational/etc).
The entire feature and capability set will be available in the free licensing tier, however in some
cases the performance and/or functionality may be below expectations due to the limited number of
data points imposed by the free tier quotas.
The free licensing tier quotas may change occasionally depending on the tier activity - in order to keep the costs
for supporting the tier under control.
Simulation licenses are available as standalone licenses (without a paid ApartCI license) or as add-on licenses to supplement the simulation quotas already included in the paid ApartCI licenses.
Discounts up to 50% are available (upon application review and approval by ApartSW Consulting) for both ApartCI and simulation licenses for:
- open source public projects
- non-profit organisations
- academic organisations
- small startup companies (registered corporations less than 3 years old, 20 employees or less)

Custom, unlimited usage and/or evaluation ApartCI and/or simulation licenses can be negotiated for large organisations (over 1000 employees) and governmental agencies upon request. Contact us for such requests.
For ApartCI licenses when the maximum verification pipeline capacity is
reached the excess incoming changesets remain queued until processing for changesets in progress completes,
making room for new bundles to be created.
For simulation licenses when the daily/monthly simulated changesets quota is reached creation of new simulation
changesets is blocked until the next daily/monthly quota reset, respectively.
The automatic daily quota reset happens at midnight UTC. The automatic monthly quota reset happens at midnight UTC
on the 1st day of every month.
A flexible tier option is available for the monthly licenses, allowing automatic selection of the next tier matching the actual incoming changeset rate reached, up to a limit. The limit must be specified when the license is acquired and can be re-configured at any time by the license owner or manager. The lowest available tier is automatically selected at the first daily quota reset of every month.
